Reckon only provides compliance and tax table updates to the latest versions of software.
If you do not upgrade to the latest releases you may not be compliant with the legislative requirements. Current Reckon Advantage members and annual licence customers receive free updates and upgrades as they are released. Click here for information about purchasing a current product.
One exception to the Sunset Policy is where users on sunsetted versions are upgrading to the current version. To assist these customers, live support for the older versions is available.
